The Point In Time is a biennial count of people experiencing unsheltered homelessness on a given night during the last ten days in January. The count provides vital information that helps the County of Orange and the Orange County Continuum of Care (CoC) better understand the current state of homelessness in the community in order to guide how they and their partners can effectively respond to the homelessness crisis in 2024-‘25.
