All are welcome to join us for Havdalah Together on select Saturday nights. In-person and online programs feature special guests and either open or close with a short havdalah ceremony. On occasion we host Let's Get Reel - an opportunity to view a new or soon-to-be-released film - and converse with someone on the creative team.
Stay tuned for upcoming events.

Raymond Zachary will be our featured guest, in conversation with Rabbi Marcia Tilchin followed by havdalah. Raymond will share a presentation about the new musical Witnesses, based on the diaries of five teenagers who were victims of the Holocaust. These five stark accounts, set against a haunting, beautifully constructed song cycle, are a testament to their memories. Though none of them survived the war, their individual stories have endured.
About Raymond: Raymond’s love of Jewish music, liturgy and text has led him to serve currently as a cantorial soloist at several different Synagogues in the greater Southern California area, including Temple Bat Yahm, Stephen Wise Temple, and University Synagogue (LA), just to name a few! He has also had the opportunity to study with some of the best and most acclaimed cantors, who have helped him reach this point in his studies and career as a cantorial soloist.
