REGISTRATION DETAILS
If you are selecting a double or triple room, please indicate in “Notes to Organizer” who will be your expected roommate(s). Please note that if your intended companion(s) are unable to travel, we will do our best to match you with a roommate OR you can adjust your reservation to cover the cost of a single room.

Receptivo Aborigen Tours will provide a link to mandatory travel insurance that covers medical emergencies while in the country of Argentina. All participants are required to make this purchase.

Trip cancellation insurance is optional and can be purchased through the travel agency or through the carrier of your choice.

Because this trip involves non-refundable flights within Argentina, please note the following cancellation deadlines: 
- To receive a full refund for the cost of the trip, please let Receptivo Aborigen Tours know by August 30th, 2026.
- If you have to cancel after that date, you will receive a partial refund until October 30th.
- No refunds can be issued after October 30.
