February is about new beginnings! The earth is still at rest, and yet the roots of trees are just beginning to stir. This is a season of inner stillness and quiet growth. It is a perfect time to cultivate your own spiritual practices and strengthen your resilience.

We invite you to join our Path With Heart Community for “10 Days of Jewish Mindfulness” where you will learn Jewish mindfulness practices for this new year.  These practices include meditation, cultivating gratitude and loving-kindness.

By signing up, you will receive:

• 10 Days of Mindfulness emails sent to you beginning on 2/9. Each message includes a kavannah/intention and suggested practice, poetry and journaling prompts
• Invite to attend 2 Hineni sessions on Tuesday, 2/1, at 5:00pm PT and Thursday, 2/13, at 9:30am PT.
• Access to Mindfulness Shabbat on 2/14 with musical guest, Kiki Lipsett

All sessions will be recorded and shared in case you want to review or in case you can’t attend. Whether you are new to meditation or want to enhance your established mindfulness practice with a Jewish perspective, this is for you.
