You are invited to take a deep dive into Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, one of the first Tragedies to be performed at The Globe Theatre in 1599. We will have the opportunity to attend a rehearsal for New Swan's upcoming production followed by a workshop featuring UCI Professor Julia Lupton and Assistant Dramaturg Neah Lekan.

Sunday, July 2 from 11:30am to 4:00pm SHAKESPEARE WORKSHOP AT UCI Jewish Teen Theatre Initiative is a new, interest-based youth program for OC Jewish teens ages 13-18 interested in all aspects of theater production. This program is partially underwritten by a generous grant from Jewish Federation of Orange County's Teen Engagement & Wellness Initiative. This exclusive workshop will be facilitated by UCI Professor Julia Lupton and and Assistant Dramaturg Neah Lekan and include attending a closed rehearsal of New Swan's upcoming production of “Julius Caesar.” RSVP here.
